Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
- 2 lbs mild sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup french onion dip
- 1 bag of hash browns with onions and peppers in them thawed
- Cook sausage.
- In a large bowl combine cheese, soup, sour cream, and onion dip and then fold in potatoes once mixed.
- Spread half into a greased baking dish sized 9x13 and top with sausage.
- Top with remaining potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 46-60 minutes.
