Today we have a fun and simple little dessert recipe that anyone can make. These fun little Banana Cheesecake Rollups would not only make a super tasty dessert, but they would be great for a brunch recipe idea or for an easy breakfast. These are very similar to a danish and are delicious warm out of the oven. You can use those ripened bananas for this recipe and turn them into delicious Banana Cheesecake Rollups. We like to have them with a cup of coffee for breakfast!! Here’s how to make this fun cheesecake rollup recipe….

Banana Cheesecake Rollups Brunch Recipe

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese
  • sugar
  • vanilla
  • brown sugar
  • crescent rolls

And for the topping…

  • sugar
  • butter
  • powdered sugar

How to make Banana Cheesecake Rollups

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix on high. Once mixed, unroll your crescent rolls and take your first corner. Starting at the largest end, add a tablespoon of cheesecake mixture, next sprinkle some brown sugar on top, then add a half of banana on top. Tuck the edges over top of the banana and then rollup.

Repeat this until you’ve used up all the pieces of crescent roll. Then start to prepare your topping.

Melt your butter and then add sugar and gently stir. Then spoon topping over top of your rollups until nicely covered.

Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Once baked, sprinkle some powdered sugar over top and serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cans crescent rolls

Topping

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix on high.
  • Once mixed, unroll your crescent rolls and take your first corner. Starting at the largest end, add a tablespoon of cheesecake mixture, next sprinkle some brown sugar on top, then add a half of banana on top.

      I just went by the time on the dough sheet tube 🙂 I just made these and they are the bomb! I set the oven to 350!

    Yeah I too had to guess the oven temp. I`ve cut out most all sugars in my diet. I tried this twice and took out a full cup of the sugars the second time and my family enjoyed them more. I was even able to eat them.
