I finished up the main portions of my half bath makeover this weekend (stop by to enter to win a MirrorMate Frame!) and wanted to make a small pretty wreath for the top of my shelves in the bathroom. I’m still busy re-styling my shelves, but I really wanted a pretty wreath. Today I’ll share how to make a quick and easy spring flower wreath that will take all of 10 minutes to make!
The wreath itself is up near the ceiling on the top of my shelves, so sorry for the strange angle…but I love how it turned out and it literally took no time at all to make.
What you need:
Small Flowers of your choice from the craft or dollar store
Small round stick wreath
Hot Glue
Wire Cutters
Pull or cut the flowers from the stem into a pile and then start sticking into your wreath form. Once you have them laid out, take each one and hot glue it into the wreath.
Once you have them all hot glued into the wreath, I used another little yellow beaded accent for the inner part of the wreath. The key is to keep the flowers and stems all going in the same direction on the wreath.
Such a simple wreath and it’s so easy you won’t feel guilty if you want to change it out seasonally–pick a variety of flowers for your wreath or just one single flower like I did. Add more flowers or add less…it’s up to you! Enjoy and don’t forget to stop by and see my 1/2 bath makeover and enter to win a MirrorMate Frame!
Adorable! I think I might need to try this with some faux forsythia. Thanks for the tutorial!
