We love a good Halloween Party Witch’s Brew. Luckily, Halloween is right around the corner! So, perhaps you’re celebrating early this weekend with a Halloween party or spooky get together with friends? Well, if you are, you need to try this simple DIY Halloween Punch for Adults on the blog today. It can be made quickly and uses rum, which is something a lot of people already have at home and makes for a simple and spooky Halloween drink solution. This cocktail will impress friends and make the Halloween party a great one!
The recipe for this drink is easy and fun and the punch itself gives off a great color. I pair it with black sugar sprinkles around the rim and it’s a tasty, simple Halloween cocktail. If you’re wanting to make the Halloween punch even more spooky, add food coloring and dry ice for a true spooky witch’s brew. If you’re feeling even more adventurous, add eyeballs and ghoul designs on the glass rim for an extra touch.
Ingredients for Halloween Punch
First, mix the frozen orange juice, fruit punch, and ginger ale into a punch bowl and stir until orange juice is mixed in well. Use a damp paper towel and place the edge of a glass onto the paper towel getting the full rim wet, then dip the rim in black sugar to get it to stick.
Finally, use a ladle to pour cocktail into cups and serve cold!
Fun tools for punch serving:
Easy Halloween Punch (for Adults)
- punch bowl
- 1 bottle fruit punch (or any flavor, orange punch, sherbet punch, etc)
- 1 bottle ginger ale or sprite
- 1 can frozen orange juice or pineapple juice (your choice)
- 2 cups Bacardi
- black sugar for rim
- Ice cubes to keep it cool
- Pour all ingredients into a large punch bowl (except ice cubes) and stir well.
- Dip glasses in water or simple syrup and then dip the rim in black sugar for a cute garnish.
- Add cubes into drink to keep cold and refreshing
Seriously, this boozy drink recipe is so easy. The prep-time is insanely quick, making the total time to stir up the drink super fast. Plus, you can even make this Halloween drink into a mocktail, so the party punch can be kid-friendly. So, instead of using Bacardi, we like to substitute some orange sherbet or lime sherbet to make it kid-friendly. Then, instead of adding black sugar on the rim, you can add candy corn and gummy worms to give it that spooky Halloween feel. Finally, you can sip on your halloween punch and maybe even enjoy a caramel apple with it 🙂
Trust us, everyone at your Halloween party will love this original witch’s brew – it will be the best Halloween yet!
