There are a few main differences between these strollers.
If you’re looking for a lighter, single stroller then you should go with the CRUZ. Why? Well, the CRUZ model is the smaller and lighter of the two. It can only fit one child (unless you add the UPPAbaby PiggyBack ride-along board). The UPPAbaby CRUZ stroller also does not have the bassinet feature for infants like the VISTA does. However, it is more narrow and has a lower price point than the VISTA.
The VISTA model on the other hand is the larger stroller. It has an oversized basket for a storage bag or diaper bag, bigger rear wheels and front wheels for getting places, and can fit up to 3 children. Personally, I’ve found that this second seat can be extremely helpful.
In addition, when talking about UPPAbaby CRUZ vs VISTA, the Vista is a little bit heavier and not as narrow. It still offers the same compatibility as the CRUZ, but it is a bit heftier. Personally, I like the larger wheels especially when I have multiple children with me. It is the more expensive version.
Both have similar features such as a rain shield and bug shield, similar handlebars, and are adaptable with the UPPAbaby Mesa car seat which is really convenient.
