If you guys are anything like me, my biggest temptations include birthday cake (the confetti kind) and cheesecake! So I thought, why not make a delicious no bake dessert that combines these two amazing desserts into one bite of perfection!? And I present to you, the birthday cake no bake cheesecake bar! It has a cake bottom, a cheesecake center, and a multi colored sprinkle topping that always makes everyone realize that this dessert means business.
How to :
1 confetti cake, baked according to instructions
2 eight oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tub Cool Whip
Line 9-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper, with ends of foil extending over sides. Crumble about 1/2-3/4 of the cake finely into prepared pan. Use fingers to lightly press cake crumbs into even layer on bottom of pan.
