Well, it really depends on the type of workouts you’re doing and what kind of clothing style you prefer. Some of the leading high-quality workout brands are Lululemon, Athleta, Alo Yoga and Nike. What to Wear for Fall Workouts: Yoga Pants/Leggings
I recommend any of these leggings below – because they are made of high-quality material, there is not a lot of chafing. And let’s be real – we allll hate chafing in athleisure wear.
