What is the color scheme of the best fall sweaters?
You’re in luck here because there is no right answer for what color a fall sweater consists of. Seriously, you can wear a fall sweater of any color. Typically, I love the more neutral colors – they give me that cozy ensemble, curl up with a glass of hot cocoa and watch old movies kind of vibe. Think grey, a light taupe, white or even black. However, I also love brighter sweaters. Colorblock sweaters are great if you’re wanting another cozy sweater option.
What is the best way to wear fall sweaters?
So, you can style a fall sweater in literally a million different ways. Therefore, this is great because you can buy sweaters that will work for both fall and winter, depending on the weather outside. You can style your sweater in so many ways. For instance, you can pair an oversized sweater with denim jeans or even pants. You can pair a nicer cashmere sweater with a skirt and leather boots. If the weather is a bit warmer outside, you can even wrap a long-sleeve sweater over your shoulders and pair with cuffed denim and sneakers. One of my favorite ways to wear a button-down sweater is off the shoulder with mom jeans and either mules or chunky sneakers. Or, throw on some leggings, a comfy sweater and just lounge! Again, there are SO many different ways that you can style comfy fall sweaters!
Where do you buy the best fall sweaters?
One of my absolute places to buy fall sweaters is Zara. They have pieces for every occasion that are stylish and comfortable. In addition, Zara is pretty budget-friendly. If I’m wanting a bit more expensive loungewear, I’ll usually go look at the Free People section in Nordstrom. If I’m wanting cashmere ($$$ for sweaters), then I’ll usually go to Everlane, J Crew or Madewell. However, there are so many places that you can buy great sweaters! For instance – I also love looking at local boutiques as they always seem to have some great cashmere-blend options. Also, I’ve always loved Amazon for last-minute sweater options.
Knit Sweaters
In reality, this sweater screams comfy fall vibes!
After all, if you’re looking for that rust color – this sweater is your go to!
I forgot to mention it above, but I also love looking at Lulus (they are only online) for great sweaters.
Because who doesn’t love a relaxed-fit sweater!?

First thing to remember when purchasing sweaters – check the material to make sure it won’t irritate your skin! For instance, I can’t stand wool sweaters.

While I was hesitate to purchase from Shein at first, I actually now love them. For instance, you do need to realize that you’re getting the type of material that you pay for (not amazing quality), but honestly it’s a great budget-friendly site with cute clothing options!
