Have you guys seen the latest news?? Brachs, the candy corn company, recently came out with Turkey Dinner Candy Corn. Yes friends, you read that right. Turkey Dinner Candy Corn. It’s hard to know what Brachs was thinking when they came up with this concept? Was it to be funny? Serious? Was it to peak people’s interests–because if so, consider my interest peaked! I mean, what is this crazy idea and what does it taste like? So the other night I was out with my neighbor picking up a pizza with her and we ran into Walgreens (the only place currently where you can find this “candy”) and I picked up a bag. We came home and told the kids we had a “candy challenge” where we had new candy and they had to guess the flavors. Hilariousness ensued watching the kids try to figure out just what we were putting in their mouths…LOL.
What is Turkey Dinner Candy Corn?
Well, it’s Brach’s newest candy corn product…
Turkey Dinner Candy Corn Flavors:

- Roasted Turkey
- Cranberry Sauce
- Ginger Glazed Carrots

It’s mean to emulate all the tastes of a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner.
Is this Thanksgiving Dinner Candy Corn any good?
Well, we tried a little experiment with the kids. I hid the candy corn in a bag, had them close their eyes and hold out their hands and dry each flavor out together. They knew right away that it was candy corn, but they did not know the surprise coming in each bite LOL.
Four unsuspecting school age children…
…told to close their eyes and hold out their hands to try some new candy….what could go wrong??!
Once they tried it, I’m fairly certain their little faces said it all….
They tried all the flavors and decided that….
The BEST Candy Corn Flavor is….
CRANBERRY!
The WORST Candy Corn Flavor is…
TIED FOR ROASTED TURKEY or GREEN BEANS.
Overall…is the Turkey Dinner Candy Corn good or bad? The kids resoundingly said…..
So there you have it.
If you want to have a little fun with your kiddos, this was actually pretty entertaining to watch. Just have a place nearby where they can spit it out because it’s gonna happen.
