This week is the last of my four week series on 30 Minute Meal ideas! I showed off my Beef Enchilada Pasta Bake, Easy Swedish Meatballs, and my Chicken and Stuffing Veggie Casserole! Finally today we’re wrapping up with a Mini Meatloaf Dinner idea with mashed potatoes and green beans, as seen on the back of the Campbell’s Soups for Easy Cooking carton! There’s a local restaurant that we go to that has amazing meatloaf that’s piled on top of green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy, so today I thought I’d recreate the same idea!

Where have you looked? I know they’re at Walmart and Kroger for sure.
I just had this the other day and it was amazing. I’m not a huge fan of meatloaf but went back for seconds with this. I’m craving it again and plan on making it tonight. The mashed potatoes and green beans all together compliment each other so well.
