Last week I shared with you these yummy Swedish Meatballs using Campbell’s Soups for Easy Cooking! Tonight I’m sharing another yummy 30 minute easy dinner idea using Campbell’s Soups for Easy Cooking, but this time I’m using a new soup…I’m using their Creamy Herb and Garlic soup with Chicken Broth!
3-5 chicken breasts defrosted
1 bag of frozen veggies of choice
1 1/2 cartons of Creamy Herb and Garlic Campbell’s Soup for Easy Cooking
1 package of stuffing
Start by pouring frozen veggies into the bottom of a 8×11 baking dish, then add raw chicken on top of veggies.
Pour your Campbell’s Soup over top of the chicken until coated. I used about 1 1/2 cartons of it, but you can use more or less as needed. Once coated, pop in the oven for 30 minutes at around 425 degrees.
While it’s baking, prepare a box of chicken stuffing according to instructions and set aside. When your chicken appears to be cooked thoroughly (after about 30 minutes give or take), spread your stuffing over top of the meal and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Pull out of the oven and serve hot!
