How long can you use Extend2Fit?
You can use the Graco Extend2Fit convertible car seat from infancy all the way up to 65 pounds. What’s great about this car seat is that it has about 5” of extra legroom – which means your child can ride in the rear-facing position for longer. This is the optimal option for their safety. Therefore, it’s great that because of the extra legroom – this car seat has a higher rear-facing weight limit (50 pounds). What are your thoughts on the Extend2Fit review so far?
Is the Graco Extend2Fit safe for newborns?
Yes – the Extend2Fit can be used from infancy and up (yes, we’re talking 0 months old and above)!
Is Extend2Fit safe?
Yes, the Extend2Fit has gone through rigorous crash tests and adheres to the American Academy of Pediatrics safety standards. Moreover, it features extreme side impact protection. It’s an extremely high quality convertible seat that features durability and safety – and functionality!
However, you must follow the weight limit and height limit recommendations that Graco provides. For instance, you child’s head must be at last 1” below the chest clip in order to ride in the rear-facing car seat position. When using the forward-facing position, use the built-in harness system for as long as possible. Once they’ve outgrown that – then it’s time to find a car seat that has a booster seat option and can use a traditional seat belt. Through our Extend2Fit review research – it’s become apparent that this car seat takes extreme safety precautions.
Is Graco Extend2Fit comfortable?
Your little one will be extremely comfortable in this car seat. Not only does it have the 5 inches of legroom we mentioned above – it also features a 10-position headrest, head and body inserts, as well as various recline angles so your little one can be comfortable.
Plus – it has a super easy rear-facing installation and a seamless seat belt installation so it’s fuss-free for you which is great!
What is the Extend2Fit price?
The Graco Extend2Fit car seat is $209.99. This is a great price considering its long lifespan, the fact that you can use it in multiple positions (although it can’t be a high-back booster) and that it’s just an all around super comfortable vehicle seat!
It’s available with retailers such as Amazon or you can buy it directly off the Graco website.
