Spring is here! Spring is here! This is my FAVORITE time of the year with all the bright colors, spring flowers, and the warming temperatures! I love Easter and this year is even more special for us because we have our new little addition to the family to celebrate Easter with {cue the matching Easter outfits, please!}. I’m excited today to be sharing my FIRST Easter recipe of the year with these adorably fun Milky Way Pretzel Bunny Bites. They aren’t hard at all to make and they satisfy that sweet and salty flavor that I just love!!
After I picked up my Milky Way’s, I also grabbed a bag of Bunny Pretzels from the seasonal department at Target (in the Easter section). I also picked up some melting chocolate in pink and white to make the bunnies with, as well as some sprinkles I already had on hand from last year.
So here’s all the ingredients you need:
Bunny Pretzels
Milky Way Simply Caramels bite sized
White and pink melting chocolate
Sprinkles
You want to start by preheating your oven to 250 degrees and pulling out a baking sheet to lay your pretzels out on. After your pretzels are laid out, add a Milky Way Simply Caramel on top of eat pretzel. Put in the oven for roughly 3 minutes to melt (you don’t want them to melt down, just enough to “smoosh” down).
After they have sufficiently softened up, you can add another pretzel on top of the Milky Way, gently pushing the two together, but not pushing the chocolate over the edges.
I then put them in the fridge to cool off while I prepared my chocolate. I used two chocolate melting bottle to add chocolate onto the pretzels easily with little mess. Once the Milky Ways had cooled, I added white chocolate to the “body” of the bunny with a little colored sprinkle tail and pink ears and eyes and then I put them back in the fridge to cool.
They turned out SO fun and they are easy, simple little treats you can hand out as teacher gifts during Easter or bring to a family function as a sweet little bite sized treat that I bet will turn heads!
Aren’t they so fun and cute?! I have a few more really fun and easy Easter recipe ideas coming up soon! So stay tuned and enjoy!

Little known fact: I love bunnies. These are so darn adorable! #client
Now that is a lot of work put into the treat. I just dipped mine in the melting chocolate (white) and then did sprinkles. Anyway who doesn’t love them. I had my son take him to his work and he said no one eat them. I said then you can have them for yourself. Then he went to work the next morning and said they were almost gone. Not sure whom ate them after he left, but they do their own janitor work.
Ehh…not really. It may seem like it, but it took very little time and the Milky Ways in between kind of make the whole treat.
Just made these and they turned out just like your picture! So cute and delicious! Can’t wait to serve these at Easter on Sunday! Thanks for the wonderful idea!
These are so adorable , cant wait to try them for any holiday !!!!
