Hope you all had a MARVELOUS Memorial Day this week! I know we did and it gave me the summer fever bug of grilling, being outside, and getting in the water!! During the summer, especially since I work full time, I like to make the most of my days. I go into work early, I get out early, and I want to spend as much time hanging with my family in the pretty weather as I can! When we grill usually it takes FOREVER to get the grill started up and warmed, so grilling is normally a weekend task. But, have no fear, HomeRight heard the plight of the busy parent and created a product for moms and dads like you and I so we can have our charcoal and do it quickly too (because really, who uses GAS grills these days?! I kid, I kid). My friends, meet the Electro-Light Fire Starter! Sure to start your grill in 2-3 minutes with NO lighter fluid (win win!). Today I’ll show you how we used it for our weeknight grilling and my awesome recipe for Grilled Margarita Chicken Kabobs…all while using our new Electro-Light Fire Starter!
I cut up two pounds of chicken into large chunks and put it in a bowl with the lime margarita mix, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, and cumin and mixed well. I then let it marinate for about an hour, but the longer you can let it soak, the better!!
