Start by writing everyone’s names down on a piece of paper and cutting them out, put them in a hat or bowl and then have everyone draw a name. We try to avoid spouses getting each other (so sometimes re-draws are necessary). From there you set a price limit and have each person put together a list of three items/categories of gifts that they may enjoy (just in case you’re really stuck!).
