In my family, my kids really like one specific drink from our local “coffee chain”. They prefer a steamed milk. The steamed milk is just that…warmed milk with a shot of flavoring of their choice. My son calls it his “coffee” and I always get the side eye at Target when my son asks if he can get a “coffee” before we go walk around! LOL So imagine my excitement when I was at Target this week and saw that International Delight makes some new and delicious flavors of creamer for the holidays!! The one that peeked my interest was the Frosted Sugar Cookie creamer….so we brought some home and set off to make these easy Kids Sugar Cookie Steamer Drinks.
The whole recipe really just takes a few things….
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons International Delight Sugar Cookie Creamer (or other seasonal flavor located at Target)
Whipped Cream
and of course….sprinkles!
How to:
Warm your milk over the stovetop or in the microwave until hot. Add 2 tablespoons (more or less to taste) of creamer and stir with spoon.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
And be shocked that it tastes JUST AS GOOD as the coffee chain ones…and you can make a dozen of them for the same price of the one from your local coffee shop!! Win win!!
