Summer time means grilling time and not only do I love a good grilled hamburger or foil packet recipe, but I also love a good grilled dessert. One of the easiest grilled dessert recipes is to take your favorite fruit like apples or peaches and put it on the grill, let it soften up, and top it with your favorite vanilla ice cream! Today I wanted to show you how I recently tried grilled peaches for the first time and they are now my new go to summer dessert! Grilled Peaches are so easy to make, don’t take too long, and are so full of deliciousness you won’t want to stop eating them! I like to top my grilled peaches with ice cream and a drizzle of brown butter sauce and enjoy all the flavor a fresh peach has to offer during the warm summer months. Let’s jump right into this easy grilled dessert recipe….

How to Make Grilled Peaches with Brown Butter Sauce
Start by pitting your peaches and cutting them in half. Coat them in a drizzle of canola oil and place face down on the grill on top of a sheet of foil.
Place lid on grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes. While grilling, mix together your melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar in a small bowl.
Remove the peaches from the grill and top of the butter mixture for topping.
Top with fresh vanilla ice cream and more of the butter mixture. The mixture hardens on top of the ice cream and creates a great “shell like” topping with a little crunch to it (it’s super tasty!).
The peaches get very soft and mix perfectly with the ice cream and topping…it’s literally the perfect summer treat!
