Carrot Brownie Cups { Easter Dessert Idea }

I was walking around Walmart the other day and stumbled upon Hershey’s new Carrot Cake kisses! And a thought came across mind mind of how cute they would be turned into little carrot brownie cups!! So today, I’m sharing a simple Easter Dessert Idea for you guys–it’s very simple, I just used a box mix and some delicious new carrot cake kisses (only at Walmart–trust me, I searched Target and Kroger first) and put together these super cute little desserts!!

You just need a few things for these delicious little Easter desserts.

1 boxed brownie mix (made according to box)

1 bag of Carrot Cake kisses

Cupcake liners

Edible Easter grass

Make the brownies per the box, then line a cupcake pan with liners. Add mix to each liner and bake according to instructions (mine baked for 30 minutes).

Once fresh out of the hot oven, I unwrapped a kiss and put it top down into the brownie cups. I let them sit for about 10 minutes until the kisses were soft, then I added three small “sprigs” of edible Easter grass into the center to look like the carrot stem.

After the cool off, you have these perfect little Easter desserts ready for Easter morning!! Hope you enjoy!
