Is the UPPAbaby VISTA V2 heavy?
Yes, the stroller is quite heavy – especially when you add a second seat. It definitely isn’t a jogging stroller, but once you get going it actually doesn’t feel that heavy at all. It’s definitely a full-size stroller that can go off-roading if needed.
If using it as a single stroller, it feels much lighter. Either way, it certainly isn’t a jogger!
The true weight of the stroller including the canopy, wheels, and basket of the frame and seat is 27 pounds.
What is the difference between Vista and Vista V2?
Basically, the V2 is the new and improved version of the VISTA – that UPPAbaby used to make. The V2 has been redesigned to include an UPPAbaby bassinet, new features (such as no-rethread harness and multiple configurations so your babies can ride side-by-side).
The UPPAbaby VISTA V2 stroller is a great option for literally every situation with your little one. Whether you’re wanting your kiddo to be parent facing or overnight sleeping or naps or even convert it from a single to double stroller – the VISTA V2 can do that for you.
Plus, I mean the features (in addition to functionality) are just phenomenal. I love the leather handlebar and comfortable leg rest/footrest – even the added snack tray and cup holders are a smart choice.
What is the difference between the CRUZ V2 and VISTA V2?
There are a few main differences between these strollers.
If you’re looking for a lighter, single stroller then you should go with the CRUZ. Why? Well, the UPPAbaby CRUZ V2 model is the smaller and lighter of the two. It can only fit one child (unless you add the UPPAbaby PiggyBack ride-along board). The UPPAbaby CRUZ stroller also does not have the bassinet feature for infants like the VISTA does. However, it is more narrow and has a lower price point than the VISTA.
The VISTA model on the other hand is the larger stroller. It has an oversized basket for a storage bag or diaper bag, bigger rear wheels and front wheels for getting places, and can fit up to 3 children. Personally, I’ve found that this second seat can be extremely helpful.
In addition, when talking about UPPAbaby CRUZ vs VISTA, the Vista is a little bit heavier and not as narrow. It still offers the same compatibility as the CRUZ, but it is a bit heftier. Personally, I like the larger wheels especially when I have multiple children with me. It is the more expensive version.
Both have similar features such as a rain shield and bug shield, similar handlebars, and are adaptable with the UPPAbaby Mesa car seat which is really convenient.
What year is UPPAbaby VISTA V2?
The UPPAbaby VISTA V2 was released in 2020 and no changes were made in 2021 or 2022. This is because the VISTA V2 was the new and improved “VISTA” so it’s super up to date!
What is the weight limit for Vista V2?
You can use the UPPAbaby VISTA V2 from infancy up to 50 pounds.
