This time of the year, spring in general, starts with all the outdoor activities for my family where we no sooner get home from work and school and are back out the door for the evening. All too often I find myself getting home after sports with two hungry kids and a hungry husband, foraging the cupboards for something quick and easy to feed us all for dinner. I made one cheese and one pepperoni pizza for my family on the way out the door to baseball tonight and my kids loved it and so did my husband (my husband is the biggest critic and even he really liked it).
