Today I thought I’d share a fun DIY glow stick centerpiece that I bet your guests would LOVE if you’re entertaining for Halloween! The whole thing costs hardly anything to make and once you make it, it’s easy to pull the glow sticks out and replace them again for your next party!! Check out how easy this is to make this Glow in the Dark Glow Stick Centerpiece.
DIY Glow Stick Centerpiece Supplies:
- 100 Pack of Glow Sticks
- 1/2 Styrofoam Ball (6 inches)
- Styrofoam Cutter or Knife
Step 1. Start by cutting your 6″ Styrofoam ball in half so that it will lay flat on a table.

Step 2. From there, I used my foam cutter to gently “drill” holes into the foam and then stick the glow sticks in. I continued this process all over the ball.
Step 3. Repeat this process roughly 100 times…because it’s a 100 pack of glow sticks, and then begin the fun process of breaking all those glow sticks to make them light up.

There’s the look during the day…and here is what you can expect in the dark!
Can you imagine how fun these would be all over your deck or outdoor entertaining space at night?!?!?
