Greek Olive Crescent Rollups

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Better Than Bouillon
  • 1/2 bar cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 1/3 cup green olives
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll package.
  • Unroll crescent roll and spread a thin layer of Roasted Garlic Better Than Bouillon base onto the dough with a pastry brush.
  • Mix together cream cheese, feta cheese, olives, olive oil, and lemon juice and put in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Spread olive mixture onto the crescent roll dough evenly.
  • Roll up the dough length wise and then slice into small pinwheels to create the crescent appetizers.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm with fresh olives, hummus, feta cheese, peppers, etc.
