In the morning, turn your crockpot on and add your chicken, seasonings, water and chicken bouillon, as well as the minced garlic. Cook on high for about 4-5 hours or low for 6-7. Pull out when cooked and slice, empty crock pot.
Warm up your Barilla Ready Pasta and combine with softened cream cheese, garlic, Rotel (not drained), spinach, and olive oil and mix well.
Add in cooked chicken and mix again.
Top with feta cheese and black olives (artichokes are another fun option to add) and cook on low for about 30 minutes.
