Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole


  • 2 lbs mild sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup french onion dip
  • 1 bag of hash browns with onions and peppers in them thawed


  • Cook sausage.
  • In a large bowl combine shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and onion dip and then fold in potatoes once mixed.
  • Spread half into a greased baking dish sized 9x13 and top with cooked sausage.
  • Top with remaining potato mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 46-60 minutes. Serve warm.
