Greek Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

  • For chicken:
  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 beef bouillon
  • season well with seasoned salt and garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • For pasta:
  • 2 bags Barilla Ready Pasta
  • 1 bar cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 container feta cheese
  • 1 small can black olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In the morning, turn your crockpot on and add your chicken, seasonings, water and chicken bouillon, as well as the minced garlic. Cook on high for about 4-5 hours or low for 6-7. Pull out when cooked and slice, empty crock pot.
  • Warm up your Barilla Ready Pasta and combine with softened cream cheese, garlic, Rotel (not drained), spinach, and olive oil and mix well.
  • Add in cooked chicken and mix again.
  • Top with feta cheese and black olives (artichokes are another fun option to add) and cook on low for about 30 minutes.
