Brown your sausage in a pan until cooked well, set aside.
Add full box of penne pasta to water and cook until, al dente.
In a saucepan, add cubed Velveeta cheese, one can Rotel, and one can cream of chicken and stir on medium heat until melted. Then add Jimmy DeanĀ® Roll Sausage and mix.
In a large pot, combine the pasta and the cheese, then pour into a 9x13 pan.
Optional: add sharp cheddar to top and place in oven for a few minutes to get a crispy, cheesy top.
