Spicy Sausage and Cheese Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 Jimmy DeanĀ® Roll Spicy Sausage cooked and drained
  • 1 box penne pasta al dente
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed (1/2 of the large bar)
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Brown your sausage in a pan until cooked well, set aside.
  • Add full box of penne pasta to water and cook until, al dente.
  • In a saucepan, add cubed Velveeta cheese, one can Rotel, and one can cream of chicken and stir on medium heat until melted. Then add Jimmy DeanĀ® Roll Sausage and mix.
  • In a large pot, combine the pasta and the cheese, then pour into a 9x13 pan.
  • Optional: add sharp cheddar to top and place in oven for a few minutes to get a crispy, cheesy top.
