Mix together ground beef, chicken and rice soup, onions, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and form into balls (not too big).
Bake meatballs in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream and salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Serve meatballs with gravy immediately OR pour gravy into a crockpot and add the meatballs in and let simmer for 2-3 hours on low. Then serve over noodles or rice.
