Want a savory dish to use your bundt cake pan for? Today I’m sharing this yummy Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread recipe…it’s easy and is something outside the box to serve your guests. Even my husband said “wow!” when it came steaming out of the pan because, let’s be honest, you don’t often see a bundt cake shaped pizza!!
Here’s what you need for the recipe:
Kraft Pizza Shredded Cheese
Grands Layered Biscuits (2)
Hormel Pepperoni–I used mini and original
Ragu Pizza Sauce (1-2 cans)
Seasoning as desired–I used garlic salt
Greased Bundt Cake Pan
Grease your bundt cake pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees as per instructions on can of biscuits.
Once your pan is ready, cut up your biscuits into pieces. I cut them in half and then into thirds and tossed them in a bowl. Once both cans were cut up, I added 1 1/2 cans of pizza sauce and tossed them until coated, then added in mini pepperoni and cheese. Before I put the dough into the pan, I used Hormel Original Pepperoni and lined the bottom of my bundt cake pan, then added the mixture on top.
I added a layer, then added some pepperoni, then added a second layer.
After that, I put the whole thing into the oven for about 40 minutes. The top (well, actually the bottom) will get a little dark, but it needs to bake until the inside isn’t raw. Mine wasn’t burnt, but it got a little dark on the top.
Pull it out after it’s done and let cool for about 10 minutes, then flip out of bundt cake pan. Mine came out very easily and was quite the pretty dish!!
