Between work, being a mommy, and being a blogger, I feel like I’m always being pulled in 10 different directions. As a result, all too often I find myself making less than great decisions about my diet. After our vacation last week, I came home CRAVING normalcy. I needed a good home cooked meal with lots of greens and fresh food. These simple snacks are 190 calories per serving and come in a variety of flavors including Very Berry Crisp, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Mint Chocolate Delight, Key Lime Crunch, Coconut Chocolate Almond, and Cherry Chocolate Almond. My personal favorites are Key Lime Crunch and Very Berry Crisp.
I personally like the fact that I can take them anywhere with me for a quick delicious treat on the go…work, home, a baseball game, the beach, or even perfect for school lunches! The mix ins come connected to the package and I was pleasantly surprised with how the mix ins complimented the yogurt. It was the perfect amount of sweet to squelch the cravings I have when I’m trying to eat healthy.
